Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and running a legitimate business to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Your data & responsibilities

• You own the shop data you enter and are responsible for its accuracy and for complying with applicable tax and business laws (including GST where relevant).
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Any invoices, prices and tax you generate are your responsibility; the Service is a tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

Subscription & billing

• The Service costs ₹99 per month for paid features.
• Subscriptions are billed via our payment partner. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The core billing features are designed to work offline; some features require internet.

Intellectual property

The app, brand and content (excluding your shop data) belong to TreeVook LLP. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeVook LLPis not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
